Judge Refuses To Toss Class Claim In FedEx MDL

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- FedEx Ground Package System Inc. has lost a bid to decertify a class claim made by a group of Minnesota employees who are part of multidistrict litigation that accuses the delivery giant of misclassifying its drivers as independent contractors and failing to provide them with certain benefits.
