Fifth Vioxx Victory Bodes Well For Merck

Law360, New York (August 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California court has ruled in favor of Merck & Co. in the first Vioxx case to go to trial in the state, marking the second victory for the pharmaceutical company in as many months.
