Ex-MoFo Antitrust Pro Launches Pasadena Boutique

Sean Gates, who had also served as deputy assistant director in the Federal Trade Commission's anti-competition division, told Law360 on Tuesday that his new firm officially opened its doors for business on June 21.

He said that MoFo is an excellent firm with a really great antitrust practice, but that he is excited to pursue a more flexible business model.
