Dairy Co-Op Manipulated Milk Prices: Suit

Law360, New York (December 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dairy Farmers of America Inc., the largest dairy cooperative in the world, and some former executives have been hit with a proposed class action alleging they manipulated the price of cheese sold on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange to reap higher profits on raw milk sales.
