Investors Sue Solar Cell Co. For Lehman Losses

Law360, New York (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Investors in JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of solar cells used for electricity production, have filed a lawsuit claiming that the company did not reveal a $100 million investment with a unit of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. in the months before the investment bank filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
