Law360, New York (July 27, 2016, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Deutsche Bank is negotiating with the U.S. Department of Justice to settle claims it misled consumers into buying risky mortgage-backed securities in the lead-up to the financial crisis in 2007, according to a quarterly earnings report it filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
