Judge Greenlights ERISA Class Suit Against CRA

Law360, New York (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has said that a class action against CRA Holdings Inc. alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act can proceed and should remain in federal court in Connecticut.

In a ruling Wednesday, Judge Janet C. Hall of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut denied CRA's motion to dismiss. She also refused a request to move the litigation to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
