By Andrew McIntyre ( August 9, 2016, 7:39 PM EDT) -- Teleperformance SE's Chairman Emeritus Jacques Berrebi has purchased a Miami office tower from real estate investment trust iStar Inc. for $39.2 million, according to a report on Tuesday from The Real Deal. Berrebi has picked up 3150 SW 38th Ave., a 13-story, 115,849-square-foot property near Coral Gables that was built in 2008, according to the report. The property was listed earlier this year for $45 million, Real Deal said....
