Ulta Calif. Store Managers May Win $3.65M In Class OT Deal

Law360, San Francisco (August 8, 2016, 9:50 PM EDT) -- Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. has reached a $3.65 million preliminary class action settlement with an estimated 230 store managers in California who say they were misclassified as being ineligible for overtime, according to documents filed in California federal court on Friday.
