Alternate Energy Holdings Inc. provided no affidavit of merit or specific allegations backing up its claims that Garden State lawyer John Giorgi was negligent in his oversight of Alternate Energy's transaction with Hamilton Guaranty Capital LLC, Giorgi said in his opposition to Alternate Energy's motion for default judgment.
