FCC Refuses To Halt Spectrum Bidding For Trade Shows

Law360, Washington (August 18, 2016, 7:16 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission denied a request from two rural telecom trade groups to halt bidding in the spectrum incentive auction, saying Wednesday that they did not justify altering the schedule for their fall events when doing so could undercut the agency’s goals.
