Novartis Beats Sales Reps' Wage-And-Hour Suit

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. sales representatives who brought a proposed class action against their employer are exempt from federal overtime requirements, while the plaintiffs have vowed to appeal.
