Ex-Platforms Execs Make Deal In SEC Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has settled its fraud case against two former executives of Platforms Wireless International Corp. after years of litigation over a series of allegedly false press releases.

The SEC said Thursday that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California had approved the settlement and issued final judgments against Platform's former chief operating officer, Francois M. Draper, and former chief technical officer, Robert D. Perry.
