Whistleblower Claims Nixed In Halliburton Water Suit

Law360 (January 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed a qui tam complaint by a water purification specialist alleging Halliburton Co. defrauded the government by supplying U.S. forces in Iraq with the disease-ridden wastewater the company was paid top dollar to treat.
