Lawyers Warn Of Litigation Boom With Ledbetter Act

Law360 (January 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- With the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act now almost assured of passage after jumping its last major hurdle in the U.S. Senate, lawyers are warning employers to ready themselves for a massive jump in pay discrimination claims.
