Judge OKs Class In Military Credit Card Debt Suit

Law360, New York (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has granted class certification to a group of U.S. Army and Air Force veterans who claim that the Army & Air Force Exchange Service continued to collect on credit card debts more than 10 years after the debts were incurred, in violation of federal law.
