Bear Stearns Workers Fight Consolidation Of Suits

Inc. employees are fighting the order consolidating their suit with other securities actions against the collapsed investment giant, saying lead plaintiff Michigan can't represent the class' interests since the state didn't participate in the bank's equity plans.
