Ousted Firm Must Pay Fees In Disney Trademark Spat

Law360 (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Law firm Fitzpatrick Cella Harper & Scinto will have to cough up attorneys' fees and other costs associated with an unnecessary motion to disqualify the firm from defending the Walt Disney Co. in a trademark suit, a federal judge has ruled.
