Court Rules Against Verizon In Chargebacks Appeal

Law360 (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A California appeals court has revived a purported class action by current and former Verizon Wireless Inc. workers that accuses the wireless provider of making improper chargebacks of employee commissions.
