Law360, New York (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two Southern California law firms have decided to combine resources, in a merger that will transfer 13 attorneys from boutique business firm Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich LLP to the slightly larger Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP, bolstering its bankruptcy and real estate practices.
Effective Feb. 1, the expansion, which includes the five founding partners of Moldo Davidson, will bring the total number of lawyers at Ervin Cohen to 53.
