ConnectU Wants Counsel Axed In Facebook IP Suit

Law360 (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the latest twist in its copyright saga with social networking hub Facebook, rival site ConnectU has moved to disqualify three law firms that currently represent both the company and its three founders, citing a conflict of interest now that ConnectU Inc. is a direct subsidiary of Facebook Inc.
