SEC, Former Cablevision Execs Settle Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and three former executives of units of Cablevision Systems Corp. have reached a settlement in a lawsuit alleging improper recognition of expenses.

On Thursday, the SEC filed and settled the case against the former president of AMC Networks, Catherine R. McEnroe; the former executive vice president of AMC Networks, Noreen O'Loughlin; and the former executive vice president of WE tv, Martin von Ruden.

As is customary, the three did not admit or deny guilt in the settlement.
