By Pete Brush (January 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Trader Joe's Co. and Gristedes Foods Inc. have settled a trademark infringement lawsuit just weeks after Trader Joe's sued the rival grocer over a plan to open a supermarket called Trader John's.
In an endorsed letter filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Trader Joe's said the parties reached a settlement.
