FCC Floats Phased Post-Auction Station Repack Plan

Law360, Washington (September 30, 2016, 7:36 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Friday revealed its proposal for transitioning stations to new airwaves after the ongoing broadcast incentive auction so wireless carriers can begin using the spectrum they purchase, seeking comment on a phased approach aimed at efficiency and minimal consumer disruption.
