Valero Sued Over Slurry Discharge At NJ Refinery

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Valero Energy Corp. is facing a proposed class action from neighbors of its Paulsboro, N.J., refining plant who claim the company should pay for damage to their homes and other personal property that was allegedly caused by a hazardous slurry release from the refinery.
