Blue Man Group Can't Toss Royalties Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2016, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A New York judge has pared down but refused to toss a lawsuit against the Blue Man Group by a former collaborator who says he was stiffed on millions in royalties from the long-running show.

Ian Pai, a former musical director and designer for the show, sued in July, saying that he had recently discovered that for years he had been paid far less than promised.
