Ex-Linebacker Sues NFL, Former Team Over Achilles Injury

Law360, New York (October 17, 2016, 6:07 PM EDT) -- The National Football League and the Houston Texans were hit with a multimillion-dollar negligence lawsuit by a former NFL linebacker who said in a Texas state court complaint filed on Friday that he suffered a career-ending injury to his Achilles tendon in 2014 due to poor field maintenance at the team’s stadium.
