OFCCP Director Patricia Shiu To Step Down

Law360, Nashville (October 19, 2016, 6:54 PM EDT) -- U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Director Patricia Shiu will step down in November after seven years leading the agency, a DOL spokesman confirmed Wednesday.

Shiu will step down after seven years in the director's role, during which she helped to steer a broad range of policy initiatives, spokesman Stephen Barr told Law360. The agency did not immediately have further information available on Shiu’s next role or her potential replacement, but said more information would be available in the next few days....
