Glassmaker Fails To Shatter FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed class action claims against AGC Chemicals Americas Inc., but has left intact collective action allegations that the glass and chemical manufacturer failed to pay proper overtime for pre- and post-shift work.
