Comedy Club Arbitration Ruling Too Harsh: 9th Circ.

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has relaxed part of an arbitrator's award in favor of comedy club operator Improv West Associates in a dispute over a breached trademark agreement with another comedy club chain, finding that the arbitrator overstepped his authority.
