Sushi Chain Nobu Shells Out $2M To Settle FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A class of plaintiffs that sued the management of upscale sushi restaurant chain Nobu Corp. for allegedly cheating hundreds of workers by taking part of their tips has asked a federal court to approve a $2.5 million settlement.
