FCC Seeks 108 MHz In Reduced Spectrum Incentive Auction

Law360, Washington (October 25, 2016, 6:48 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission has scheduled a third stage of bidding to reallocate low-band broadcast spectrum to wireless broadband providers beginning Nov. 1, seeking to auction 108 MHz of spectrum after two previous rounds fell short of their more ambitious targets.
