Tremont Hit With Another Suit Over Madoff Scandal

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Tremont Group Holdings Inc., one of the hedge funds almost entirely wiped out by Bernard L. Madoff's alleged $50 billion Ponzi scheme, is facing another putative class action from investors alleging that Tremont's fund managers violated their fiduciary duties and committed fraud by investing assets with the disgraced fund manager.
