Without Greater Investor Protection, EB-5 Is Unsustainable

Berg Breathing a short sigh of relief, Congressional observers watched recently as federal lawmakers took action to fund essential government operations and reauthorize expiring programs, even if only for a few weeks. The Senate and the House of Representatives successfully passed the Continuing Appropriations Act of 2016 on Sept. 28, 2016, narrowly avoiding a government shutdown while extending several programs and laws set to expire on Sept. 30, 2016.
