Entertainment Practice: O'Melveny & Myers

Law360 (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The traditional media licensing agreement is evolving as new media changes the landscape of such deals and the industry re-evaluates its options for distributing property rights, according to Joseph Calabrese, chair of O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s entertainment, media and sports practice.
