Getty Dodges Copyright Claims Over Donated Photos

Law360, New York (October 31, 2016, 1:53 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday tossed out claims of copyright infringement from a lawsuit accusing Getty Images Inc. of demanding licensing fees for images it doesn’t control, but allowed certain state law claims against the photo giant to survive.
