F-35 Helmet Tech Not Invalid Under Alice, Fed. Circ. Hears

During oral arguments, TVI asked the appeals court to reverse Court of Federal Claims Judge Thomas Wheeler's ruling that U.S. Patent No. 6,474,159 –– which the company asserted against the Department of Defense and contractor Elbit Systems of America –– is directed to patent ineligible subject matter under Section 101 of the Patent Act.
