Landlord Wants Dreier LLP To Pay Up

Law360 (February 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Manhattan bankruptcy court overseeing Dreier LLP's Chapter 11 proceedings has been asked to force Dreier to cough up more than $2.1 million to cover post-petition rent and additional obligations stemming from the lease on the firm's Park Avenue office.

Hines 499 Park LLC filed a motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday seeking to compel Dreier — through a trustee — to immediately pay $2,116,741.18.
