Payday Lender Flouted FCRA, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (November 8, 2016, 6:30 PM EST) -- A woman alleging a payday loan company violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by accessing her credit report without permission urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive her putative class action, saying the trial court’s dismissal was based on inadmissible hearsay.
