Loral Plaintiff Can't Give Class Legal Advice: Judge

Law360, New York (February 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has barred the former lead plaintiff in a shareholder class action against executives of bankrupt Loral Space & Communications Ltd. from giving legal advice to members of the settlement class, responding to class counsel's complaint that the plaintiff told class members a proposed $3.45 million settlement was inadequate.
