NLRB Upholds Bid For McDonald's Joint Employer Info

Law360, New York (November 14, 2016, 5:47 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board has ordered McDonald's to produce additional information in response to a subpoena from the labor board's general counsel in a case over whether the fast-food chain is a joint employer of franchise workers, saying the order comports with the scope of the subpoena.
