The Firms That Handle The Most Antitrust Litigation

Law360, Fort Wayne (November 15, 2016, 7:41 PM EST) -- Several law firms have differentiated themselves in the high-stakes arena of antitrust litigation and have risen to lead the pack to become the go-to shops for clients seeking representation in antitrust cases in the U.S., according to a report released Tuesday.

San Francisco-based Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy LLP has represented plaintiffs in 255 antitrust cases from 2009 through September 2015, the most of any firm, according to legal data analytics provider Lex Machina, which released the report in connection with its expansion into the competition field. Spector Roseman Kodroff & Willis PC filed 235 cases, the report said.
