FCC Mustn’t Delay Post-Auction Transition, Carriers Say

Law360, Washington (November 16, 2016, 7:42 PM EST) -- Broadcasters are trying to get in the way of wireless use of spectrum after the broadcast incentive auction, the Competitive Carriers Association has told the Federal Communications Commission, saying the agency should stick to a 39-month deadline to clear the airwaves.
