Feds, Ky. Truck Dealer Fight Over $4M Excise Tax Dismissal

Law360, New York (November 18, 2016, 2:14 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Thursday reasserted its position that a Kentucky truck dealer’s suit seeking $4 million in excise tax reimbursements should be kicked out of Kentucky federal court for failing to follow proper refund procedures, while the dealer contended that argument had already been settled.
