Obama Drops Challenge To Emissions Rule Decision

Law360, New York (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Obama administration is withdrawing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's bid for Supreme Court review of an appeals court ruling that struck down two EPA rules related to the regulation of emissions from power plants. A power industry group seeking to challenge the same ruling will continue to press its case.
