Judge OKs $125M In DIP Cash For Tronox

Law360 (February 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Pigment producer Tronox Inc. has won access to $125 million in debtor-in-possession financing from Credit Suisse and others and approval for its counsel, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, to receive as much as $1,110 an hour for its work on the case, as a bankruptcy judge signed off on a slew of first-day motions in the Chapter 11 proceedings.
