Final 2017 NDAA Drops Many Contentious Proposals

Law360, Nashville (November 30, 2016, 8:29 PM EST) -- The final 2017 National Defense Authorization Act excludes many of the more contentious proposals from earlier versions of the bill, but still makes a number of significant acquisition, policy and management changes to the U.S. Department of Defense.
