BLM Slams Calif. Tribe's Bid To Revise Lease Ruling

Law360, New York (November 30, 2016, 9:08 PM EST) -- The U.S. Bureau of Land Management urged a California federal judge Tuesday to reject the Pit River Tribe's bid to amend a judgment in its suit to block geothermal leases on land sacred to the tribe, saying the tribe hasn’t shown that there was any clear injustice in the ruling.
