Consumers Say L’Oréal Hair Fixer Can't Fix Hair

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 2:57 PM EST) -- L’Oréal USA Inc. was sued Wednesday by a putative class of consumers who say one of its products couldn’t repair damaged hair as advertised.

Manhattan resident Vivian Lee filed the action on behalf of a putative class of consumers who bought the company’s Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm. Lee says she paid over $9 for a jar at Walgreens.
