GAO Says It Lacks Authority Over Protest Of IT Task Order

Law360, New York (December 1, 2016, 3:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Wednesday rejected a company's protest over the U.S. General Services Administration's decision to award a competitor a task order to provide IT services to the Department of Defense, finding it didn't have jurisdiction to hear a dispute over a civilian task order.
